Using a gift card
How nice for you to have received a gift card! The card can be used for all our surprising activities and products, of Maastricht Underground and / or Explore Maastricht.
You can exchange it in our shop (address: Luikerweg 80). Or online via this website. It works like this: choose your desired tour(s). Add these to the shopping cart and use the unique code on your gift card. You can fill it out in the shopping cart under "Discount Code or Gift Card". You will also see then, if anything remains on the balance, or if you have to pay extra if the balance is unsufficient.
The gift card balance does not have to be used all at once. Is an amount left on the balance? Then it will remaqin valid to use within the validity time of your card. This is stated on the card (it expires two years after the date of purchase).
